What to do if your enterprise has fewer than two cleaners or no employees and cannot meet the standard documentation requirements.

If you have fewer than two cleaners or no employees
The portal applies standard requirements of 2 HMS cards, 2 payslips, and 2 employment contracts. It cannot automatically approve a lower number. Upload each existing document once. Open a conversation under Messages with your organization number and state the requirement you cannot fulfill. The portal will show the requirements as missing while we review the matter. Do not send HMS cards, payslips, or employment contracts in a regular message or by email. The message should only contain the organization number and the name of the requirement. You upload the documents under Documentation in the partner portal.
Do not upload empty documents, the same file multiple times, or documentation that belongs to another company. We will respond if the company needs to provide further documentation before it can be approved for new assignments.
