About Vaskeladden
Vaskeladden is a Norwegian operator in cleaning services with both B2C and B2B operations. The company combines its own employees and a network of qualified partners to deliver regular cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning, and special assignments.
Getting started as a partner
To become a partner with Vaskeladden, your business must:

Partner Portal – FAQ and troubleshooting
Short answers to common questions partners have about the partner portal. If you don't find the answer here, start a conversation under Messages, and Vaskeladden will help you.
Partner handbook
Change rules for B2C one-off assignments
For one-off B2C assignments, the customer can change the date and time free of charge up until 48 hours before the agreed start time.
Consumables for assignments: who provides what
The distribution of equipment and materials depends on the type of assignment. The individual partner agreement, assignment description, or a specific written agreement applies if it stipulates a different distribution.
Deviations and communication for partners
The partner portal is the main channel for assignments, deviations, and messages between the partner and Vaskeladden. Use the portal instead of private SMS threads so that history and responsibility are traceable.
Equipment and quality standard for partners
For regular client relationships, Vaskeladden provides and owns the equipment and necessary cleaning supplies. One-off B2C assignments such as move-out cleaning are treated as special cleaning here. For special cleaning and additional assignments, the partner provides the equipment and supplies.
How to confirm, decline, and complete assignments in the calendar
All your assignments are in the calendar in the partner portal, and that's where you confirm, start, and complete them. When this is done in the portal, Vaskeladden doesn't have to send reminders for confirmations in chat, and you have a complete overview of what has been agreed upon.
How to document with photos in the partner portal
Photos decide cases. When a discrepancy is discussed, a home is in worse condition than ordered, or a task cannot be performed, the photo taken at that moment documents what was actually the case. A photo sent in a private chat, however, is quickly lost for case processing – upload it to the partner portal, in the thread the case concerns.
How to get approved in the Renholdsregisteret
Everyone who sells cleaning services in Norway must be approved by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority and be listed in the Cleaning Register (renholdsregisteret). This also applies to sole proprietorships without employees. The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority is clear:
How to report capacity and availability
The better Vaskeladden knows your capacity, the more accurately assignments will be distributed. This way, you avoid receiving assignments on days you are unavailable, and we avoid having to search for a performer at the last minute. Keep your availability updated in the partner portal instead of clarifying it on an ongoing basis via WhatsApp.
Invoicing and settlement for partners
Vaskeladden pays you for the assignments you have completed and that are approved. The invoicing period, dates, and payment deadline follow your partner agreement, Appendix A, and the information in the partner portal.
Keys and access to the assignment location
Lack of access is one of the most common reasons for delays and wasted trips. Most issues can be resolved if you check access information before you leave, and report any discrepancies immediately.
Messages in the partner portal
The Messages page in the partner portal is the channel for everything you want to discuss with Vaskeladden that isn't a specific deviation: questions about assignments, invoices, materials, capacity, or anything else. Unlike a chat message, a portal conversation has a status, and you can see whether the matter is open or resolved.
Notifications you receive as a partner
Here you can see which notifications we send you as a partner. You receive them by email, and as a notification in the partner portal if you have added it to your mobile home screen.
Standard move-out cleaning delivery
Cabinets and drawers are cleaned both inside and outside. Walls and ceilings are dry-mopped. Wet cleaning of walls and ceilings is not performed and cannot be ordered – it can leave stains on painted surfaces.

WhatsApp and the partner portal: what belongs where
Many partners have a WhatsApp group with Vaskeladden for quick coordination. It works well for short messages, but anything that needs to be handled as a case – deviations, assignment status, and documentation – belongs in the partner portal. This page explains how the two channels are connected.
