Notifications you receive as a partner
Here you can see which notifications we send you as a partner. You receive them by email, and as a notification on your phone if you have [added the partner portal to your home screen](partnerportalen-pa-hjemskjermen.md) and turned on notifications.

Assignments
- New assignment assigned. When an assignment is assigned to you: “You have been assigned a new assignment”.
- Assignment reassigned. If an assignment is moved to another partner, we will let you know.
- New date. If the date of an assignment changes, you receive “The date for one of your assignments has changed”.
Non-conformities
- New non-conformity. If a non-conformity is registered on one of your assignments, you will be notified. If you reported the non-conformity yourself, we will not notify you again.
- Non-conformity closed. When the non-conformity is resolved, we will let you know.
Messages
- New message. If you receive a new message from us in the partner portal, we will notify you.
Welcome
When you are registered as a partner, you will receive a welcome email from us.
How to manage your notifications
Open Settings in the partner portal to turn notifications on and off. You can choose the channel for each type of notification.
