How to confirm, decline, and complete assignments in the calendar
All your assignments are in the calendar in the partner portal, and that's where you confirm, start, and complete them. When this is done in the portal, Vaskeladden doesn't have to send reminders for confirmations in chat, and you have a complete overview of what has been agreed upon.

Find your assignments
The calendar has four views: agenda, day, week, and month. On mobile, the agenda list is the easiest. You can filter by assignment type (commercial regular, commercial one-off, private) and by who in your team is assigned. Click on an assignment to open the detail panel with the address, customer's contact information, time, and the buttons below.
You can also find completed assignments in the calendar. They appear as assignments with the status Completed once they have been carried out and closed.
An assignment goes through four steps
- New assignment – you have received an allocation. Open it and click "Confirm" if you accept the assignment. If it doesn't suit you, click "Decline" – this releases the assignment so Vaskeladden can find another performer, and the panel will show "Decline sent". You should confirm or decline a new assignment within 24 hours. Do not leave an assignment unanswered: an unconfirmed assignment is not considered yours.
- Confirmed – when you are on-site, click "Confirm started". This registers the actual start time.
- In progress – when the job is finished, click "Confirm completed". You are then confirming that the assignment has been carried out without deviations. If something was not right, report a deviation instead of completing in silence.
- Completed – the assignment is closed and forms part of the basis for settlement.
If something changes
If you are delayed, or if you can no longer take a confirmed assignment, notify us in the partner portal immediately – do not wait until the scheduled time. If you see an assignment in the calendar that you believe is incorrect (price, time, location), raise it in a message thread in the portal so that the correction can be tracked.
Cancelled assignments are shown in the calendar without action buttons – you do not need to do anything with them.
