Consumables on the assignment: who provides what
As a partner, you provide, pay for and maintain the equipment, materials and workwear needed for the assignment. This is the default in the baseline agreement dated 9 September 2026 and also applies to recurring assignments.

Cleaning equipment and materials
Bring the equipment and cleaning products the assignment requires. You choose the supplier, but equipment, materials and workwear must meet the quality, safety, hygiene and environmental requirements. This applies to regular cleaning, special cleaning and additional assignments.
If you use equipment belonging to Vaskeladden or the customer, you are responsible for damage or loss. Notify Vaskeladden immediately of loss or suspected misuse. Any different allocation must be agreed in writing.
Goods used by the customer
Paper, hand soap and other goods the customer uses on the premises are separate from the cleaning materials used to perform the assignment. Responsibility for these goods follows the agreement for that customer. Ask in Messages before purchasing anything if responsibility is unclear.
When supplies on site do not match
If you discover that a location is missing consumables, or has a different type than expected – for example, a different type of paper than the customer usually uses – do not guess. Send a message in Messages specifying the location and what is missing or incorrect, and Vaskeladden will clarify what to do. This prevents you from paying out of pocket for something that was not your responsibility.
