Consumables for assignments: who provides what

The distribution of equipment and materials depends on the type of assignment. The individual partner agreement, assignment description, or a specific written agreement applies if it stipulates a different distribution.

Regular client relationships

For regular client relationships, Vaskeladden provides and owns the equipment and necessary cleaning materials. Follow the assignment description for where the equipment is stored and which products are to be used for the specific client.

Special cleaning and additional assignments

One-off B2C assignments such as move-out cleaning are treated as special cleaning here. For special cleaning and additional assignments, the partner provides the equipment, chemicals, and materials needed for the assignment. Clarify with Vaskeladden in Messages before purchasing anything if the assignment or agreement does not clearly state who is responsible.

Paper, hand soap, and other items that the client uses on the premises are not the same as the cleaning materials used to perform the assignment. The distribution of such items follows the agreement for the specific client.

When on-site materials are incorrect

If you discover that a location is missing consumables, or has a different type than what is expected – for example, a different type of paper than the client usually uses – do not guess. Report it in Messages, stating the location and what is missing or deviates, and Vaskeladden will clarify what should happen. This way, you avoid paying for something that should not have been your responsibility.
