What is included in a standard home cleaning
A regular home cleaning covers daily maintenance: vacuuming and washing floors, wiping free surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, and kitchen surfaces and sinks. What we do not do on a standard cleaning is the heavier work such as oven interiors, window cleaning, and deep cleaning of cabinets. Such tasks are agreed upon as add-ons in advance. What do we do in each room?
What is actually included depends on the service you order. This list is a typical starting point, not a definitive guide. Certain tasks – such as cleaning ovens, windows, balconies, or white goods – may be add-ons you need to order separately and are not automatically included in all assignments. What applies to your assignment will be stated in your quote and order confirmation. If you are unsure if something is included, ask us before the cleaning day.

The list is indicative. The exact scope for your home is stated in your agreement. If you have special requests, you can adjust them in the customer portal or contact us.
What are usually add-ons?
Some tasks take more time or require equipment we do not bring on a standard cleaning. These are agreed upon separately:
- Window cleaning (interior and exterior)
- Oven interior, refrigerator, and freezer
- Deep cleaning of cabinets (emptied of contents)
- Descaling of heavy lime buildup in bathrooms
- Move-out cleaning and deep clean
- Cleaning behind and under heavy furniture
Arrange add-ons well in advance, preferably before the visit, so we can allocate enough time.
What do we expect to be available?
For us to get started efficiently, we ask for a few simple things:
- Access to the residence (key, code, or someone at home – agreed upon in advance).
- Tidy surfaces, so we can clean and not move and sort items.
- That water and electricity are working.
If you want us to use your own products, set them out and let us know. Otherwise, we will bring our own equipment.
A brief safety note about products
Never mix cleaning agents yourself – it can produce dangerous gases. Use each agent separately, as stated on the label. If you use acid against lime (vinegar or citric acid), it should never be used on natural stone, marble, granite, or slate – it etches and causes dull spots. Always test on a hidden spot first. If you have delicate surfaces in your home, let us know in advance.
What do I do if something is missing?
If you find something in the agreement unclear, or if you want to add or remove tasks, please contact us via the customer portal. We will then review the scope together and update your agreement, so both you and your cleaner know exactly what the visit covers.
