Vaskeladden

Invoices from foreign partners

Which bank details foreign partners must include on the invoice, and how Swedish partners send e-invoices via Peppol, use Fortnox and fill in the invoice.

This is part of Invoicing and settlement for partners.

Bank details for foreign partners

All foreign companies invoicing Vaskeladden must provide the account's IBAN and the bank's BIC/SWIFT on the invoice. We require both to process payments from a Norwegian bank.

Swedish Bankgiro and Plusgiro with OCR are domestic payment systems and cannot be used for payments from Norway. These details alone are therefore insufficient. Please request IBAN and BIC/SWIFT details from your bank if you do not have them.

Invoices from Swedish partners

As a Swedish partner, you can send e-invoices from Fortnox or another invoicing system that supports Peppol BIS Billing 3. Use the recipient's Peppol ID 0192:930307416. You can also upload the invoice as a PDF under Finance, or email the PDF to invoice@vaskeladden.com. Choose one channel per invoice. An invoice sent via Peppol appears in the portal as Received via EHF/email and undergoes the same verification as an uploaded PDF.

In Fortnox, activate Aktivera E-faktura and Skicka E-faktura, and set up an e-invoice connection to Vaskeladden AS. If you have a Peppol ID field on the customer card or invoice, enter 0192:930307416 there. If you cannot find the recipient or the field, provide this Peppol ID to Fortnox support to establish the connection to the recipient. See Fortnox's guide for Peppol.

The Peppol ID is the delivery address. On the invoice, use Vaskeladden AS's Swedish invoicing details:

Vaskeladden AS
Tordenskiolds gate 2
0160 Oslo, Norge
Organisasjonsnummer i Sverige: 502102-4228
Momsregistreringsnummer: SE502102422801

Include the following on the invoice:

  • Invoice number, invoice date, and due date.
  • The company's name, address, corporate identity number, and VAT number.
  • The account's IBAN and the bank's BIC/SWIFT; see bank details for foreign partners.
  • The text "Godkänd för F-skatt".
  • The assignment number on each invoice line, so we can match it to the correct assignment.
  • Assignment address, execution date, and property area in square metres.
  • Actual working hours on-site per employee, including for fixed-price assignments.
  • Amount in SEK, showing net amount, 25 percent VAT, and total amount.

Vaskeladden uses the working hours when applying for RUT deductions from Skatteverket. When you press "Confirm completed" on an assignment in Sweden, enter the total number of working hours for everyone who worked. Register the time actually worked on-site. Travel time is not included in these hours. The date for when you can submit an invoice also applies in Sweden, see When and how do I invoice?. The payment terms follow your agreement.
