Payment and invoice
You pay after the cleaning is done, not in advance. For regular cleaning, we send a monthly invoice for jobs completed during the period, and for one-off jobs, the invoice comes after the assignment is finished. Your price follows the agreement we have entered into, and is based on area, frequency of visits, and any additional services. Payment method and due date are stated on your invoice.

How do you pay?
You pay by invoice. For B2C one-off assignments, we send the invoice to the email address registered for the assignment. For other services, the delivery method follows the agreement and the information on the invoice. Follow the payment information there, and use the KID number if provided, so that the payment is correctly linked to your account.
If you have questions about an invoice, or want to change the registered email address or delivery method for another agreement, please contact us via the customer portal. We will then find your agreement and correct it without you having to send sensitive payment information by email.
When will you be invoiced?
The timing depends on the type of agreement you have:
- Regular cleaning (subscription): We normally invoice in arrears, meaning after the month's visits have been completed. You therefore pay for work that has actually been done.
- One-off assignments (for example, move-out cleaning): The invoice is sent after the assignment is completed and you have received the service. For move-out cleaning, the payment deadline is normally 7 days. If your agreement or invoice states a different due date, that date applies.
The due date is stated on the invoice. The exact deadline and any invoicing day are specified in your agreement. If you are unsure when the next invoice will arrive, you can most easily see it in the customer portal or by contacting us.
How is the price calculated?
The price is set when we agree on the assignment, and is based on a few factors:
- Area. How many square meters are to be cleaned. A larger home or premises results in a higher price.
- Frequency. How often we visit – weekly, bi-weekly, or less often. More frequent cleaning costs more per month, but often less per visit.
- Content and additions. What is included in each visit, and any extra tasks such as window cleaning, oven cleaning, or other optional services beyond standard cleaning.
The agreed price remains fixed until we agree otherwise. If you wish to change the frequency, add tasks, or adjust the area to be cleaned, we will provide you with a new price before we change the agreement. You can find the details for your specific agreement in the customer portal.
How does the country affect the price?
The quote and invoice show the currency, VAT, and agreed price for the country where the assignment is performed. Rules regarding tax and deductions differ in Norway and Sweden. In Norway, there is no tax deduction when purchasing cleaning services from a company. In Sweden, private cleaning can provide a RUT deduction on the labor cost.
See Tax deductions for cleaning in Norway and Sweden for the terms and how to select RUT in a Swedish quote.
What do you do if something is incorrect?
If the invoice does not match what you expect, please contact us before the due date. We can then review which visits and additional services have been invoiced, and correct anything that is wrong. The easiest way is to send your inquiry via the customer portal, so we have your agreement and history immediately available.
