Change or cancel a cleaning
You cannot move or cancel a cleaning yourself in the portal. Send us a message, and we will take care of it.
Write which cleaning it concerns and what you want: a new date, or the cleaning dropped. We make the change and reply in the same message thread.
All scheduled visits are listed in the portal, so you can check the date and address before you send the message.
How to log in
You log in via the link in an email from vaskeladden.no – for example, in your order confirmation or quote.
Can't find the link? Search your inbox for emails from vaskeladden.no. If you have added the portal to your mobile home screen, you can open it directly from there.
If you still can't get in, send an email to kontakt@vaskeladden.com with your address and the contact information we have registered for you, and we will help you further.
Messages
The Customer Portal gathers the dialogue between you and Vaskeladden. New messages from Vaskeladden are shown under Messages. You can reply in the same thread when the thread is open for replies.
When do I use messages?
Use messages for questions about scheduled cleaning, practical clarifications, feedback, and follow-up after deviations. Do not enter sensitive personal information or payment card information in messages.
What happens when I reply?
Replies go to Vaskeladden and remain in the same conversation thread. If Vaskeladden replies automatically, the reply only applies to your thread. Other customers or partners do not see the message.
When should I report a deviation?
If something is wrong with the cleaning performed, a missed appointment, damage, lack of access, or a specific quality problem, you report a deviation in the portal. Deviations give Vaskeladden better traceability than a regular message.
Who follows up?
Vaskeladden's operations department follows up on messages and deviations. Vaskeladden can help automatically with general questions, but matters requiring assessment, compensation, or changes to an agreement are forwarded to a person.
For a serious problem, use the customer portal first, so that the matter is linked to the correct assignment. If the portal is not working, or you need to contact us about a serious problem outside the portal, you can send an email to kontakt@vaskeladden.com.
